Lizz Collection Return & Exchange Policies

1. Full Payment Requirement

Items will not be held or reserved without full payment.

2. Store Credit Only

Refunds are not available. Store credit will be issued for eligible returns.

3. Exchange Period

Customers have up to 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.

4. Product Inspection

All returned items will be carefully inspected to determine the appropriate action.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Lizz Collection is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages once they have been correctly shipped to the address provided by the customer.

6. Condition of Items

Exchanges will not be accepted for items showing signs of use, damage, or mishandling.

7. Original Packaging

We recommend keeping all original packaging to facilitate any exchange or claim process.

8. Earrings Policy

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on earrings that were properly shipped.
