Lizz Collection Shipping Policies

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. The estimated processing time is 3 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Orders are shipped through reliable postal services. Delivery time may vary between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number to monitor your delivery.

4. Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided address is accurate and complete. Lizz Collection is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or any other issue not caused by Lizz Collection, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Damages or Loss During Shipment

Lizz Collection is not responsible for damages or losses caused by the postal service once the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, we will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping company if necessary.

7. Local Pickup (if applicable)

If the local pickup option is selected, the location, date, and time will be coordinated in advance. Orders must be claimed within 7 days of confirmation.
